Yes, Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly  based on our sample.

2. How long can I get the feedback after we send the inquiry?

3. Are you a direct manufacture or trading company?

We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sales all by ourselves.

4. What’s the payment term?

For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents.

The most common way is by TT , Paypal, West Union is also acceptable.

5. Is the sample available?

Yes, Usually we send the samples by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS. It will take around 3 or 4 days for our customers to received them. But customer will charge all cost related to the samples, such as sample cost and airmail freight. We will refund our customer the sample cost after receiving the order.

6. Do you accept customized design?

Of course, Yes. We have a professional R&D team to design new items. We have made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can let us know your idea or provide us the drawing, we are pleased to work with you for any program that is feasible and potential.

7. What about the lead time?

Normally, it will take 40-45 days to finish a 40″ HQ order.

8. What’s your MOQ request?

If our products pass text, it will start with 20 GP order.
